This is not your typical yoga class. Think black lights, glow sticks, neon outfits and a playlist packed with iconic 80s hits that will keep you moving from start to finish.

Come dressed to impress in your best retro look. Leg warmers, bold colours, big hair, all of it is welcome. We will be turning down the lights and turning up the energy for a playful, all-levels flow that is all about movement, music and having a good time.

This is a pay-what-you-can event, with all proceeds being donated to the Loyalist Humane Society.
