Q: What is the catchment area for the Picton BIA?

A: Please find below the map of the Picton BIA catchment area.

Membership is comprised of the commercial property taxpayers in the Picton Ward, along with their tenants. The BIA boundary is the same as the official Ward of Picton boundary. The map below shows the boundary, outlined in purple. The BIA levy is funded by a small percentage of the commercial property tax collected
within the boundary.
